thanks, i have already addressed the mold. i used a mixture of vinegar and enzyme solution that works great. everything is dry and ready to be insulated and paneled up. i re installed the window last night and seale it up with butyl rubber tape and then OSI quad sealemt. im letting all the adhesives dry on the inside and outside and hopefully by friday i will be cutting my foam insulation and adgering it to the walls and new structure i built... in the meantime tomorrow i am going to lay the new subfloor, 2 inch foam insulation and vapor barrier to the floor. i know what im doing is overkill but i want to make sure i never have this problem again.

There is a fine product available at Home Depot that attacks mold. I know it comes in a gallon size for about $32.00. It eliminates, cleans and prevents mold and musty odors with no harmful chemicals. Make sure you treat the areas you are repairing so the mold is eliminated before you cover things up. Mold can be very dangerous to you and your families health. Good luck with your repairs.
