VM Motori: Fully Acquired By Fiat

I cannot see why anyone would want a stake in any Italian car or engine manufacturing except Ferrari of or Lamborghini. Great country, great people, great food, but cars are not their thing. Some nice looking cars, good marketing, but not a long term investment. Rust, breakdowns and more rust are the norm.
