Glad to know I'm thinking in the right direction of how things could work with shared roles. Have already thought about the corporate legal aspects and come up with a couple options for a shared role solution that will make the legals happy. Been reading the forum guidelines and plan to talk to the great admins before stirring a hornets nest (at least, that's the plan).
Didn't know about the edit limit, but figuring just doing an update once a month would mean we could have about eight years before we would run into the edit snafu. Little bit of lag time between a trip report posted and added to the TR sticky, but less than a month shouldn't be a big problem in the least. Thanks for letting me know and saving some headaches.
