VW has formally stopped the sale and delivery of ALL diesel vehicles in the U.S. as of either yesterday or today.
IMHO in addition to any criminal charges, VW should face very stiff penalties for vehicles that don't receive any updates due to a recall within a certain period of time in addition to any other penalties.
Companies need to suffer the consequences when there is blatant violations of regulations as this appears to be.
