during testing the BMW X5 diesel easily met NOx emissions during real driving while the multiple VW models vastly exceeded the std.
VW claimed they fixed it in a recall in 2014, buyt testing didn't show that. It wasn't until EPA said we are witholding compliance on 2016 models until you explain what's going on.
