Not to upset people but I like how people are more worried about losing some mpg than our worlds air going to s**t. Yea just leave it to the few states that check for major pollution to clean every one elses air. I live in cali and as much as I hate it I have spent tones of cash on smog checks, smog related parts to help keep our worlds air clearer so we all can breath a little better.
