Ben, it was the odometers that were deliberately manipulated, not the speedometers. Distance traveled, not speed. Both automakers admitted to it. Honda, while they were under investigation, confessed to it. Toyota, when they figured out that they were also going to be investigated for the same thing, admitted to doing it as well.
