Just heard today how VW plans to have everyone fixed up by the end of next year using mostly software updates with some hardware fixes as well. I suspect the majority of owners will see a slight decrease in fuel mileage. Of course there will be those who want to sue(and for good reason) but I think most owners will find the resolution acceptable.Costly for VW though.
