On edit: Looks like this engine was designed in the late 2000's for GM Caddies, before the bottom dropped out!

It was initially designed by GM. This fact came out on another thread a few months ago.
But it never hit the road. Besides all that, if it won't tow our camper, my wife won't let me buy it! LOL
