Starting to think more and more that the 3.0L diesel in the Ram 1500 is going to be a game-changer. A full-size pickup capable of towing a nice-sized TT or boat and getting mid-20s MPG not towing cannot be ignored.
I know that I was set on a 6.4L Hemi 2500 in 2014 but I will absolutely drive a Ram 1500 diesel when they hit lots and give it every chance to win me over.
Yes, I'm going to buy a new truck less than 2 years after spending $1800 on 4.30 gears for my F250 LOL...

Not currently but a small-to-midsize TT is in my future plans, as my boys are going to be old enough to understand/appreciate camping soon. Can't wait to get back at it.
Admittedly, the 4.30 gears for my F250 were a classic "impulse buy" LOL.
