There is literally no solution to I5 thru downtown because of that faux pas!
Save for maybe one of the worlds newest engineering marvels, lol, but Wsdot already blew their wad on Alaska way tunnel debacle that really won't even increase traffic capacity of it ever gets done. Billions to f up traffic more and make the waterfront more asthetically pleasing!!
You'll get no argument from me. I totally agree. Even our surface streets in the Burbs, are much clogged than even 5-6 years ago in my opinion. To many people, too few roads.
But on the bright side, economy is way up in the PNW. I have no answers.
