Well, and WA is actually trying to eat their own now. With the reduction in fuel tax revenues, according to them...., due to all the hybrid, elect, high efficiency and carpools, the want to propose a mileage flat tax, so all the "green" drivers have to pay as much per mile as the brown drivers!
I think that's hilarious.
