Personally I wouldn't put warranties on TT anywhere on my list of concerns. As mentioned to start with the vast majority are for 1 year anyway and are there to pick up major issues which hopefully occur in the first year. Also as mentioned about the only really long warranty is on the roof and that is material only which for say a 30' TT is less than $1000 out of a $5,000 to $8,000 cost to repace the roof since the vast cost is in labor.
