A lot of people ask what is a good quality TT to buy. They don't realize that the other part of the equation is the dealer. An excellent RV can be turned into a nightmare by a bad dealer. If at all possible, find out what you can about the dealer you'd be buying from. And there's some good manufacturers and some poor ones when it comes to support on issues or you need info.
Our first dealer was terrible and twice it took about 6 weeks to get something fixed under warranty. It took 3 trips in to get the bathroom door fixed. The 2nd time they made it worse. It took over a year to get the brakes fixed which were faulty from day one. We had two windows that wouldn't quite shut tightly. Instead of tweaking them which I'm positive they could have done, they replaced the entire windows, one of which was a large picture window and it took weeks for them to arrive from Indiana. Then they scheduled the work in to fit their own schedule, not ours. We'd never go back there.
Our current dealer is excellent. If something needs attention, they get you in right away and it's fixed right away.
From what I've seen now, I'm pretty sure some dealers like warranty work and can exaggerate what's needed.
