I found a mop looking thing at the auto parts store. I was a thick bonnet on a ovalish kind of frame. I doubled up on the bonnet so it was thick enough to reach the bottom of the corrugated siding. For soap I bought a gallon of cheap car wash detergent. Worked well, I could wash the siding of my 26’ trailer in about 30 min or less
