Same as above, absolute no food particles, and no grease, butter, sauces or starchy water from noodles etc. All these things can build up over time in pipes and sides of tank. And for sure the sensors won't even be able to function.
I added a screen drop in drain cover also.
Use cheap quart of lemon cleaner and pour half down while using tank and every so ofter put a whole quart in tank and fill with water to help clean out the tank.
Lowes sells a three pack of real nice drop in stainless steel mesh drain screens that fit an RV.
One will fit in an RV kitchen sink and the other size fits in an RV bathroom sink. Which you will be absolutely shocked how much hair will be gathered in THAT screen that otherwise would clog up the pipe! :B
