Washing TT roof, why do I get white dusty streaks after?

I washed our new to us TT last fall prior to winterizing (nothing fancy, '05 Fleetwood Pioneer 18T6). When I washed the roof with Camco's rubber roof cleaner and conditioner, I got white dusty streak...

Did you put the protection treatment on the roof after using the roof clkeaner? The roof cleaner/treatment should be a two part kit. If you didn't protect the roof you may be having extra chalking from the unprotected roof. Also, did you rinse well after cleaning the roof?
