Look at the rubber bulb seal where is connects to the outside of the trailer above the slide room.

Doubt there is a leak anywhere on the roof. The rubber roof material folds down the sidewall an inch or so. If there is any sealant where the bulb seal meets the sidewall however, this could be leaking allowing water to seep past it to the inside wall.
