OP stated he winterized with compressed air so I'm assuming he has a compressor and every 120v compressor I have seen has a regulator.
PEX has a 150 PSI rating and most homeowner compressors won't even go to 150 PSI. Pressurize the system with 30 PSI until the compressor stops (assuming there is no leak)...it's no different than pressurizing the hose attached to the compressor. I'm not sure how the factory tests each trailer's plumbing system before it leaves the plant but I'm sure they don't have the time to fill every trailer with water.
