Um ... sorry ... no they don't. I've never seen a TT come out of the factory with a water filter already installed. Maybe an Excel, but nothing else. They might be installed in Motor Homes, but even then, I don't recall seeing too many that actually do.
For the OP: A simple solution you can try that is not expensive at all, is to get one of those PUR filters that attaches to the end of your faucet at the sink. They cost around $20 and do a pretty remarkable job. However, the water coming from the "filter" is always a trickle, compared to the normal flow. So you have to be a bit patient if filling water for your coffee pot!
The nice thing about these are, you put the attachment on the faucet and then the filter just snaps on. You can take the filter off when on the road, so the bouncing weight won't stress out the faucet.
It's just a thought, and the simplest least evasive action you can take for the biggest bang for your "buck."
Plus, you can purchase one almost anywhere, even Wall Mart, and replacement filters are sold everywhere too.
