I wonder if anyone realized that when you install an inline filter on your city water connection, you are filtering toilet flush water, shower water, etc. I only wanted to filter the water that I drink, therefore I installed an under sink filter connected to the cold water side on the kitchen faucet. They can be purchased at Home Depot for around thirty dollars. DIY install takes about 30 minutes.
