Yes, been looking online everywhere and decided that is the easiest fix. Hope not much has changed in the 24 years since camper was built connection wise. Another thought I had was an issue with the also ancient water pump. Don't know if I'm handy enough to replace either or both, whichever required. Sure hope my friendly neighborhood traveling camper repair guy can help in our stupidly short time frame! At least it cropped up now at home rather than first night camping somewhere along the road in the dark. Tomorrow is another day and supposed to be nice and warm for working with water. Now if we just didn't need the truck on the job we could load camper and get it out of the barn where water running all over didn't require buckets and mopping! Big sigh and an oh well, it's only money.
