The bar appears to be going uphill at the rear. If so, tilt the hitch head down a bit more (had one more adjustment left?) and add one more link under tension. The bar should be close to parallel to the frame. Hard to tell from the photos, but with the truck and trailer both on level ground, the trailer should sit level to slightly nose down. If it needs to be adjusted, move the hitch head down a hole or flip the shank over. This may help take care of the bar angle too.
