Well my TV had to go in the shop so I'm going to be pulling with my dad's truck this weekend. He has the 6 speed trans other than that they are similar. I did not have the TT loaded as if I was going camping, I just adjusted the WD hitch by changing the angle of the ball such that I can level out my bars. After doing so, the tension on the 6th link felt like the tension on the 4th link prior to adjusting the ball angle. And the 5th link felt like the 3rd link previously... So here are the weight results:

3300 front axle
2540 rear axle
5840 total for TV
5th LINK
3300 front axle TV
3020 rear axle TV
4980 TT axles
11,300 TOTAL
6th LINK
3180 front axle TV
3240 rear axle TV
4860 TT axles

So by putting the bars on the 5th link the front axle gets the exact amount of weight distributed back to it. However, I think I'm still going to run it on the 6th link to start with and see how it tows. We have about a 5 hour run this weekend so I should get a good feel for it.
