The 3300 lbs is the weight of the TV front axle unhooked from the TT and also with the TT hooked up and on the 5th link... Exact same weight..
Ultimately the weights should be taken with the rig loaded and ready. I just had time today and went ahead and worked on the hitch. The front wheel well on the TV measured within 1/4" also of the unhooked measurement. I also had to shorten the cams just a little so they would ride in the right spot on the WD bars..
