WD Hitch troubleshooting help?

I recently setup my FastwayE2 WD hitch/built in sway control system for my new trailer following the manufacture WD hitch setup procedure, and now although the trailer pulls fine the hitch seems to have become very loud(creaking,popping) compared to when it was setup and used on my old trailer.The only changes that were made are as follows:
-Longer 2" hitch shank (went from 8" to 10" to allow tailgate to open when trailer is hitched)
-WD bars were upgraded from 800lb to 1000lb tongue weight bars to accomadate new trailers loaded tongue weight.Unloaded tw is 570lbs, loaded up ready to camp weighed in between 800-810lbs

Anyone have any idea why now it has become very loud? It used to make some noise on the old trailer but not as loud or noticable as now.
