A dozen years ago, I thought my almost new F-150 had suddenly found some extra horsepower when I noticed how easy it was to spin the tires on gravel or wet pavement. The truth was, I thought "If some is good, more is better" when it came to adjusting my Weight Distributing hitch. I have learned a few things in those 12 years and so have the manufacturers.
