We saw the Annular Eclipse in Albuquerque Today, Awesome!



Seeing the eclipse along with hot air balloons was a real treat this
morning. Traffic was horrible. Police weren't letting people in to park but we were lucky to find a couple cops who let us in.
This picture is at totality, 1200mm, not yet color processed. It will take a while to process the rest of the images.

    I got to watch it in the comfort of my backyard. It was a little cloudy but they cleared out just in time. I'll watch the one in April in my backyard also.

    We saw a good 3/4 partial eclipse as well from our backyard in Moval, Ca.

    We weren't in the area of totality, but it was notably darker indoors even though it appeared to be full sunshine.

    We saw the full eclipse several years ago in Tennessee. I am so glad I played hooky from work to go see it. Amazing.

    Seeing it is the important thing. We're making plans to see the one in 2024 down Texas way.
