Interesting! Me too because FCA spec sheet for the OP's Ram Laramie Diesel Crew Cab 4X4 clearly states 7759 lbs curb weight for the basic truck and 8017 lbs max curb weight with all available options. Black and white. Perhaps he has 723 lbs of dead bodies in the rear seat?
2017 same model Lamamie is within a few pounds of the same but you have to build the truck and add all options to get the total curb weight and it take a lot of time. Not that I care to waste that time again.
