I don't question the weight of the trucks or the scales they were weighed on. I am just surprised there is that much difference.
When weighed, my truck is an automatic, OEM upper and lower overloads, Torklift frame mounts, side steps, 5th wheel rails, Line-X bed liner, two rear receivers, Air bags, Anti sway bar, and less than a half a tank of fuel with me in the truck.
EDIT: I question how the photo came up with 7800 LBS. Maybe without me in the truck (280 lbs) and 4'x8'x1/2" stall mat. Looking through my notes I found the following which include me and the stall mat;
All numbers are as read on the scale:

Front axle = 4620 Front axle = 4640
Rear axle = 3320 Rear axle = 3220
Truck total = 7960 Truck total = 7900
