I will be interested in what your fuel mileage is towing......I have the same truck NCHAULER HAS, except in a SRW version - 2013 4x4 crew cab, Cummins 6.7L diesel, except 3.42 rear end.
My truck weight (with 5th whell hitch, Mrs. Hiking Hunter (weight also classified information), a little firewood and a few tools, full tank of fuel = 8960 lbs.
On my maiden voyage (not towing, and no fifth wheel hitch or other weight in the back) I got 18 mpg, interstate, with the A/C on.
Towing I got 10.15 mpg (one trip so far). This was approx 70% interstate, the rest 2 lane/stop and go travel with the camper. On the interstae, my speed was 70 mph - cruise control. My camper is 11,100 lbs. The EVIC said I got 12.5 mpg - not to be believed! I'm sure I would have gotten higher if I had done my usual 65 mph and "giving up" on the hills.
I am very pleased with the mileage coming from an F250 which would have comparably gotten about 11 mpg in the same terrain, except without the power.
I love the truck. Haven't been through my first tank of DEF yet - I'm about 1/4 tank full now with 1900 miles on the odometer.
