I would not do this. You will be pushing your TV pretty far past what it was designed for. Maybe some people are doing it, and haven't had a problem.....Yet. Smooth roads, careful loading and no surprises can make an overloaded combination seem to work.
As an example, we once hit an unexpected whoop de do on a secondary road crossing from Colorado into New Mexico. It felt like the whole rig got airborne. We had no damage whatsoever.
Something like this would likely destroy your TV.
