Weight distribution hitch question
I just bought a Passport 153ML....my 2013 Honda ridgeline states "We don't recommend using a weight distribution hitch" max towing is 5000lbs hitch weight with all my passengers is rated for 550-6...

We've got a 2003Pilot that has been an awesome vehicle, it now has 245k on it. It was my mom's, my wife's, and we just passed it to my daughter.
We pulled a 12' box pop up with it,and it handled it really well, but it don't think I'd want to go much bigger than that. It you haven't considered a popup, check them out. Really roomy, and easy to tow, and they can be parked in the garage out of the weather. If garage kept they hold their values incredibly well. We bought slightly used for $6k, and used the heck out of it for 9 years, and sold it for $5k in 1day. I should have asked 6 for it.
