Weight Distribution Hitch Question
Newbie TT question. I have a 2014 Ram 3500 SRW with a payload capacity of 4,022lbs. Do I need a weight distribution hitch for a TT with a dry tongue weight of 643lbs?

Desireable ? Yes, VERY.First your dry weight is not important. It will be substantially more when loaded.
Second, With my 1 ton dually, I can teel the difference in my WD being out of adjustment by 1 hole. Leaving WD totally off would be a huge difference.
I would get a WD if it was me. It will handle much better, and feel much better.
As cheap as they are (you don't need the best) why not?
