Weight Distribution with sway control question

I was wondering what the differences are between the straight line (CAM) and the 4 - Point weight distribution with sway control. Which one is better, and why? I assume the 2 -point distribution syste...

Probably the standard friction bar. It is the only antisway that does not depend on TW for its antisway resistance.

Which is why I recomend it for newbies. One can miss the setup badly and still derive some benefit from it.
