A WDH will have a max. tongue wt. but you won't be near that. If you mean the spring bars, your tongue weight shouldn't be great than the bar rating and you don't want it too low either because you won't be able to "wind up" the bars tight enough to transfer wt. to the steer axle. It sounds like 600 lb. bars are what you want. I came across this article yesterday on another post and it has some excellent info. including how to size the bars. The author says the tongue wt. should not exceed 75-85% of the bar rating. First time I've seen something like this mentioned anywhere. How to tow safely
AFAIK, the only WDH you can't back up with is the Husky Centerline.
