I only have a 25 gallon tank, it takes very little time to fill at the campground.
Where I camp at provincial parks, you block no one when filling. There are almost always two filling stations and they are not on the road.
I also have several portable tanks that I fill during my stay and then siphon them into my main tank. Five people in the trailer equals 25 gallons of water very quickly, and we've never even turned on our shower or water heater before.
