It could be a faulty tire.
I bought two new tires for my dually. I was running them on the front.
A short time later the truck developed a nasty vibration around 30-35 mph. My first thought was tires out of balance. I took the truck back to the shop, they rebalanced. Problem remained. I took the truck to the Chevy dealer, they checked the front end, everything was fine.
Next thing I did was swap the new tires out for two used ones I had, problem went away.
I took the new tires back to the tire shop and the story is that both of them were defective - they had belt separation... this happened with less than 1000 miles on the tires.
