I have the same truck as you and had a similar problem. Turns out that the steel wheels that Chevy uses have more runout that the machined aluminum ones have. Sometimes a road force balance will indicate the problem that balancing cannot correct. Usually on our trucks it is a combination of wheel runout and a tire that's not perfect.Dismounting the tire and rotating it on the rim, then rebalancing will correct it. My Michelins were this way, and the roadforce balance after rotating the tires on the rims fixed the problem. Some research on the truck forums led me to this info as I was about to give up on getting a smooth ride.
