Bad idea, real bad idea.
Go see it, inspect it or hire an expert to inspect it. Touch it, smell it, crawl all over it, under it, on top of it....BEFORE you pay for it.

It might "look clean" in the pictures, but it's 11 years old....Save yourself some grief.

And, you have the wrong ball size, and you need a weight distribution hitch and you probably don't have enough truck for a 10K trailer....and...
