As previously stated, I think that buying a used travel trailer sight unseen is inviting all sorts of problems. Just because you are buying through Ebay means nothing. If anything goes wrong it will still be up to you to prove fraud. Ebay is not an insurer. This trailer is 12 years old and as such is long in the tooth for a travel trailer. Touch it,taste it and then have a mechanic inspect it.
Most 1/2 tons are limited to a gvwr trailer of 8000 pounds with payload being the limiting factor.
Even brand new travel trailers are very affordable. The downside to ownership is that storage and repairs can be very expensive (roof repairs,water leaks, etc.) and on older models can exceed the cost of purchase. I suggest you spend some time and visit an RV show to get an appreciation for something that best suits your needs. You won't regret it.
