Well shoot, I thought I was done.
But in the back of my mind, I knew otherwise. I really didn't want to spend more money but somethings just have to be done right. With upper and lower stableloads and the camper package on my 2011...

the hitch ball can be moved up or down on the hitch mount it's just two bolts. The trailer is immaterial, I can make it nose up or down in a matter of minutes. The issue is truck levelness for steering, lights, weight distribution etc. That cannont be fixed at the hitch.
