Our first travel trailer had a blue interior. DW hated it so much that I completely reupholstered the trailer: new sofa cushions, new curtains, new cornice board covers, new counter tops, new carpet.
Fast forward ten years. DW walks into the turquoise Retro and says, "This makes me feel happy. I want it." Go figure. Her folks had a '55 Chevy BelAir. Maybe that's why she loves this color.
Our MH had oak paneling throughout. I fell in love with that. It reminded me of my boating days. I "got used to" the lack of paneling in our TC, but when I walked into the Retro, I couldn't stop smiling. The floor plan has everything we want, and the finishes make us feel like kids again.
Now if I can just remember how to back up... :h :E
