That's an interesting question. My impression of most of the trailers I have looked at in the past several years is that fit and finish are pretty sloppy. As manufacturers strive for lightweight, affordable coaches, it seems that they are pretty slap-dash in their construction. I don't have that feeling about the Retro. Perhaps, it is the birch paneled interior, or the roll and tuck upholstery, but my overall impression when I went through the trailer was "quality is back." Of course, the proof of the pudding will be in using it and living in it. For us, it was the only trailer at the show that satisfied all our criteria.
