In general, “basement model” campers that have a raised floor and storage/water tanks etc. below the floor have a clean flat rear overhang level with the truck bed floor.
Non-basement models that have any overhang usually have the waste water tanks underneath the rear overhang, since that’s the only available below-floor-level space for them.
Clearance could be tight since you’re supposed to tow race cars with a lowered Chevy dually...
