Dually conversion usually isn’t worth it.
Pickup truck dually axles are wider than SRW so the reverse-offset inside wheels still clear tre wheelwells.
Then you need the front hubs and six new wheels, if you want one spare tire to fit front or rear.
I don’t know if you’ve priced paint lately, color matching the dually genders won’t be cheap.
I did it once, in my younger and crazier days.
If you need a dually you’re better off to sell it and buy one.
