Have my kitchen/bed/bathroom/bed with me.4. Easy to get campground spaces due to short length. 5. Good for winter since it is on my 4 wheel drive truck

1. If you are pulling a trailer anyway, other RV options provide better living quarters.2. If you are pulling a big trailer, getting into parking spots isn't an advantage.3. Standard to have kitchen/bed/bathroom/bed with most RVs.4. Unless you get over 25, length is rarely an issue for any type of RV finding a site in a campground.5. Still not going to be fun driving on icy roads in a snowstorm (doubly so if you are pulling a big trailer behind it.The real advantage is to get onto rough roads and back country where a MH or trailer would have problems.If you want to drag along a bunch of toys, there are other options that are equal or better depending on the specific toys.

It ability to pull double duty.This is the #1 reason I chose a truck camper. It kinda ties into #1 though. I can just go camping or I can go racing and still have the camper with me.

I have no interest in pulling a trailer and a trailer would seriously reduce mobility. It would certainly rule out #2, being able to park in a typical parking lot, and #3, being able to get into small campground spaces, and #4, being able to drive in the winter.
