I was fixing the water tank support on my Sunnybrook and noticed it was a Dexter frame. I am very impressed with the design and manufacturing. Every suspension point is reinforced with a well designed plate. The floor trust use round rod in cross pattern simular to comercial buildings. The I beams are a light weight RV design, not and assembled beam. I expect good performance for this unit.

  • Look behind the coupler on the inside. Lippert used a paper sticker there. May be gone by now.
  • It might be dexter but lippert now owns them so you would still have to deal with lippert

See your drivers side front by the stabilizer/ scissor jack on the frame. You may find a sticker that says Dexter.

I also have a Jayco Jay Flight G2 and I believe it is a Dexter frame.

No tag on the frame that I can find. It is of I beam construction however. Thanks

  • I don't know what they use on the Jay Flights, the Jay Feathers use BAL frames. They put a big ugly branding tag on them so you can't miss who makes them. I would think that somewhere, maybe underneath is a tag or plate with manufacturer info.
  • Don't know what brand frame you have...but pretty much all of the frame issues that some Lippert frames had were on 5th wheels..
