Sure you can, just forget to install the oil filter, or have it too lose, same with the fill plug, and drive off! or is that have the folks at the oil change shop forget to do this..........

Otherwise, I typically use delo, been for 25 yrs of using diesels, Sometimes the mobil synthetic.....but, compared to 30 yrs ago, even the cheap oils are better than times of yor, take your pic, you will probably not go wrong.
