You guys don't believe me, but I really use Vaseline!!! It's great assembly lube for seals and o rings when building an automatic transmission.
For oil I use Motorcraft semi-synthetic in my Cadillac and all of my Fords. I use Motorcraft filters on my Fords and AC/Delco on my Cadillac. I recently found that AC/Delco is using cheap STP oil filters and rebranding them. What a joke! I am now installing Wix/NAPA on my Cadillac.
For my Cummins powered motorhome I use Delo 15/40 and only Wix/NAPA filters that I buy from fleetfilter.com.
